Currently, clientinsights.ca supports the following browsers:
We are currently aware of issues with Internet Explorer 6.02 and are working on correcting this problem. If you have multiple web browsers installed on your computer, try your alternative one as it may be better configured for our site.
2. How do I install the video application used on this site?/The videos don't seem to work correctly.
Clientinsights.ca uses JW Player.
The JW FLV Player requires later versions of the Adobe Flash Player 9 or later. At least v9,0,124,0 is recommended. There is no Java used.
You can get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player here -> http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ The website should automatically assess what is the most appropriate version for your browser. Follow the instructions and be sure to restart your browser before revisiting clientinsights.ca
If you are installing Adobe Flash Player on a office desktop or laptop computer, you may need the assistance of an IT administrator in order to obtain permission to install the software.

3. How do I send a video to a client?/The 'Send to Client' button isn't working.
When you click the "Send to Client" button, it may seem like nothing has happened but after you click it, hitting "paste" in any email or blog would dump the link you need to use in. Also, as an indicator of whether you have the correct link or not, the video address should be identical to what you see on your computer, however "type:investor" should be written at the end.

These two links go to the same video but the layout is different on the second one and accessible to non registered users i.e. your clients.
4. I cannot print the page correctly, information is being cut off.
Just before printing, enter your Page Setup settings and adjust the width of the printing field. If the shrink to fit option is not enable this may fix the issues, however you may have to specify a specific width % depending on which page you are trying to print.
5. What is my security code/CAPTCHA?
When you register, there is a small picture with a unique code written on it. This is the security code. If you are having difficulty reading the code you have been provided please contact us.
